I don’t know how many more days I will have in the pool, so I want to take full advantage of these last few days of summer. It was a bit chilly when I first went in, but I got used to it. The water feels so good. Swimming really is a beautiful sport and I love it. And it really complements my cycling. While my cycling is good for my lower body, my swimming is good for my upper body. I just have to get rid of the gut. I ordered a couple more boxes of Dr. Gundry’s Total Restore.
In the afternoon, I went to HSRC for the first time in months. I got some work done in the library. It was good to be back. Before I left I took an evening stroll around the lake. I walked a little over a mile in 25 minutes. It was a nice way to see all the grounds.
