Summertime is a great time to explore the Native American Medicine Wheel. In this session we will take a look at the four cardinal directions with a special emphasis on the southern quadrant. The south represents the summer season, the time for growth, activity, and expansion. The color is red symbolizing intensity and productivity. The animal associated with this season is the mouse. Learn the valuable lessons the little mouse has to offer as you “jump” on the Medicine Wheel journey.

We will also examine above, below, and center and the insights contained in each of those directions.
